The holiday season has officially arrived in Jolly Match 3 MR, bringing festive rewards, fresh offers, and a cozy winter makeover to the entire game. This update comes packed with two big highlights: the Advent Calendar and the action-packed Saving Sweetmas event. Here’s everything waiting for you inside!
Advent Calendar
From December 1 to January 4, you can unwrap a brand-new surprise every day through the Advent Calendar. It works just like your Daily Reward: it appears as soon as you enter the game and disappears once you claim your gift – then reappears the next day with something new.
But here’s the twist:
If you skip a day, that day’s gift is gone permanently. No worries, though – your overall progress stays intact, so missing one reward won’t reset your streak.
Once the event ends, the regular Daily Reward returns on January 5.
Saving Sweetmas Winter Event – Overview
Get ready for a frosty challenge! The winter event Saving Sweetmas is here, and it’s time to defend the castle from waves of mischievous elves determined to ruin the holiday cheer.
How It Works – Event Mechanics
Grab your trusty slingshot and load up your snowballs! Your goal is to stop incoming elves before they reach the castle.
Each wave brings different attack patterns, movement speeds, and elf types – so aim carefully and time every shot.
Meet the Elves
- Chibi Elf – Medium speed, defeated with 1 hit;
- Bomber Elf – Fast movement, carries an ornament bomb. 1 hit to defeat;
- Shield Elf – Starts with a shield. First hit removes it, second hit defeats;
- Grim Green (Boss) – A 1v1 showdown! He throws snowballs back at you. Hit him 8 times while dodging his attacks – getting hit costs you 20 HP, so five hits and you’re out.
Event Waves
The event is divided into 5 stages, and each stage includes 3 waves of elf attacks. Every wave features different combinations of elves, with varying numbers and attack intervals, keeping you on your toes!
Energy & Rewards
To take part in the event, you’ll need energy, which is earned by completing Jolly Match 3 MR levels.
Winning event stages also grants snowflakes, which can be used to unlock Lapland, a festive location with a special Hidden Objects challenge!
Extra Fun in Lapland – Hidden Objects Challenge
Collect enough snowflakes to unlock Lapland, a beloved location that comes with a Hidden Objects challenge.
It offers a gameplay twist with its own mechanics – perfect when you want a break from the elf battles but still want some holiday fun.
Event Completion & End Date
You can replay the entire event as many times as you like. When the event ends on January 18, any unused snowflakes will automatically turn into coins – so you never lose your progress.
